摘要
在高产气井钢丝作业过程中,气体流速过大导致钢丝从井口防喷盒倒出。采用计算流体动力学软件Fluent模拟钢丝工具在井筒周围中流场形态,得到钢丝工具周围的压力场、速度场及钢丝工具所受到的升力和阻力。分析钢丝工具在均匀下行时不同气体流速对生产工具的影响,拟合出所受阻力与气体流速的关系式。研究结果对现场作业有指导作用,并具有良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the high yield gas wells in the process of slick wire operation,gas velocity of flow rate was too big lead to slick wire poured from the stuffing box of phenomenon. Using Fluent which are computational fluid dynamics software calculation simulation around the flow field con- formation of steel wire, the pressure field, velocity field of around wire tools and wire tools on lift and resistance were obtained. The influence of different gas flow velocity on production tools was analyzed when steel wire tools drop with uniform velocity, fitting relational expression of resist-ance and the gas flow velocity, which proved that guiding for field operation and favorable eco-nomic effect.
