摘要
分离器设计是多相流分离计量的关键技术,基于GLCC旋流分离原理的多管旋流分离器多相流计量装置是以多管旋流分离器为核心,并与气液质量流量计、比例调节阀和计算机测控系统相结合的一种新型多相流计量装置。该装置采用多管旋流分离器,可以有效减小分离器直径和高度,节约装置占用空间,大幅降低成本,提高分离效率;同时采用模糊PID控制方案的比例调节阀控制分离器液位,保证计量装置有效运行,具有较强的抗干扰能力。现场试验证明:此装置可以适应较大范围的多相流变化,相对测量误差小于±2.5%。
Design of Separator is a key technique of muhiphase flow separation measurement. The muhiphase flow metering system based on GLCC cyclone separation principle is a new type of muhiphase flow metering device which is integrated gas-liquid mass flow meter,adjusting combi-nation valve and computer control system. The device which adopts the muhitube separator can effectively reduce the separator diameter and height, save the occupied space of a device, greatly reduce the cost, and improve the separation efficiency. The proportional valve which adopts the fuzzy PID control scheme of can control the liquid level and ensure the effective operation of the measuring device. Field test experiment showed that the device can accommodate a wide range of muhiphase flow, and the relative measurement error is less than plus or minus ±2.5 %.
