摘要
涂覆A、B两种不同上浆剂的国产碳纤维ZT700-A,ZT700-B以及日本东丽T700S,利用SEM,FTIR,XPS等仪器分析纤维表面形貌以及碳纤维表面的化学状态,测试了三种碳纤维复合材料的横向拉伸强度,用SEM观察其断面形貌。研究表明:国产碳纤维ZT700-B表面沟槽明显,羟基、羰基、羧基等活性官能团含量较高,物理和化学双重作用使ZT700B与环氧树脂界面粘接效果显著,复合材料的横向拉伸强度为42MPa,分别比ZT700-A和日本东丽T700S要高出83%和62%。
The surface topography of the domestic carbon fiber ZT700-A,ZT700-B and T700S was characterized by SEM, also the chemical groups were analyzed by FTIR and XPS. The transverse tensile strength of the composites was tested, and the fracture morphology was observed by SEM. The results showed that the surface roughness and tile percent of oxides groups of ZTT00-B were higher than others. The physical effect and the chemical interaction combined to promote the coherence of interface, and the transverse tensile strength of the composite was 42MPa, which was 83% higher than the carbon fiber sized with A and 62% than T700S.
