摘要
将天然硅藻土用自制阳离子试剂改性后制成有机改性硅藻土,处理活性染料的染色废水,分析各种处理条件如有机改性硅藻土的投加量、处理时间、处理的初始pH值、处理温度对活性染料染色废水的脱色率和吸附量的影响,实验得出:有机改性硅藻土的投加量为25 g/L,处理时间60 min,处理初始pH值3~4,处理温度20℃时,对活性染料废水处理后的脱色率和吸附量较好.
In this paper, organic modification diatom earth was made of diatom earth modified by self-made cationic agent, that was applied to tackle reactive dyeing wastewater. The effect of treatment condition such as casting quantity of organic modification diatom earth, treatment time, treatment initial pH value,treatment temperature for decoloring rate and adsorption quantity of reactive dyeing wastewater were discussed. The conclusion was that: the treatment-effictiveness for decoloring rate and adsorption quantity of reactive dyeing wastewater was optimum when casting quantity of organic modification diatom earth was 25 g/L, treatment time was 60 min, treatment initial pH value was 3 -4, treatment temperature was 20 ℃.
