摘要 介绍海藻改性粘胶纤维的制备,对海藻纱线进行性能测试,在小样机上织造出不同组织的织物,并在实验室进行透气性、芯吸性、耐磨性、刚柔性、折皱弹性、表面摩擦性能等6项服用性能指标测试,进行对比分析。实验结果表明,海藻改性粘胶纤维织物的透气性好、吸湿性强、手感柔软、光泽较好,具有优异的服用性能。 Seacell modified viscose fiber is a biodegradable, environmentally-friendly fiber. Most of it is viscose matrix. It has many excellent performances such as high moisture absorption, antibacterial and deodorizing properties, fire-retardant, antielectrostatic properties, electromagnetic shielding, health properties, gelation and so on. After simple introducd the preparation of the seacell modified viscose fiber, we test the performance of the seacell modified viscose yarn, and weave out several different fabrics. In the laboratory of the school, we examine the permeability, wicking, abrasion resistance, rigidity, wrinkle flexibility and the surface friction performance of the fabric samples. Then we make some comparative analysis. It can be concluded that the seacell modified viscose fabrics are with good air permeability, strong moisture absorption, soft hand and better gloss.
