摘要
对经间苯二甲酸 (IPA)及新戊二醇 (NG)改性的三种热收缩膜专用聚酯性能及其薄膜的热收缩性能进行了研究。结果表明 :与常规 PET相比 ,改性聚酯的结晶和熔融行为有很大不同 ;经 (NG)改性的聚酯薄膜在热空气中的热收缩率超过 35 % ;薄膜在 Tg附近热收缩率变化最大。
The properties of three kinds polyesters modified with isophthalic acid(IPA) and neopentyl glycol(NG) were studied and heat shrinkability of the films made from these modified polyesters were measured.The crystallization and melting behavior for the modified polyesters were considerably different from those of conventinal polyester.Polyester film modified with NG had a shrinkability of more than 35% after the treatment in hot air.It was observed that the maximum shrinkage for all polyester films occurred at the temperature region close to T g.
