摘要
目的:通过分析年龄相关性黄斑变性的各种OCT表现,以期对该疾病的发生发展及转归有较全面的认识,从而更好地服务于临床。方法:对43例经FFA确诊的年龄相关性黄斑变性患者进行OCT检查,记录清晰、稳定的图像并对其分析。结果:43例年龄相关性黄斑变性患者中,玻璃膜疣10例10眼,渗出及水肿18例19眼,萎缩型AMD 2例2眼,色素上皮下/神经上皮下CNV 13例14眼,浆液性和(或)出血性RPE脱离5例5眼,浆液性神经上皮层和(或)浆液性RPE脱离8例8眼。结论:年龄相关性黄斑变性是65岁以上人群主要致盲疾病之一。本研究病例的OCT表现由其病变性质不同而表现多种多样,如玻璃膜疣、出血、渗出、水肿、RPE脱离、神经上皮脱离、CNV及萎缩等等,在AMD诊断及疾病发生发展过程的监测中起到了重要作用,对于指导临床治疗有重大意义。
Objective. Through the analysis of the various OCT performance of age- related macular degeneration, in order to development and outcome of the disease have a more comprehensive understanding, to better serve the clinical. Methods: 43 cases of patients with age- related macular degeneration is confirmed by the FFA OCT examination, record clear and stable images and its analysis. Results:43 patients with age- related macular degeneration, the glass membrane warts, 10 cases 10 eyes exudation and edema, 18 cases 19 eyes atrophy type AMD2 case 2 eye pigment epithelium under/neuroepithelial CNV 13 cases 14 eyes under the serous and (or) hemorrhagic RPE from 5 cases 5 eyes serous neurological cortex and (or) serous RPE from 8 cases 8 eyes. Conclusion:Age- related macular degeneration is one of over 65 people main blinding disease. This study cases of OCT performance by their different nature of the lesion is varied, such as glass membrane warts, bleeding, seepage, edema, RPE detachment, neural epithelium, CNV and shrinking, etc., in AMD diagnosis and disease played an important role in the development process of monitoring, has significant meaning for guiding clinical treatment.
