摘要
若干年来,我们针对离心风机气动噪声控制问题进行了一系列理论和实验研究,提出了一种识别风机内部主要气动噪声源并通过判断主要噪声源强度变化对风机进行降噪改进的简捷方法,明确了离心风机的主要气动噪声源在蜗壳上,而不是在叶轮上,通过对离心风机气动噪声的产生及传播机理的研究,在理论上为正确进行离心风机气动噪声的控制及预测做出了有意义的推进。以上述理论为核心,本文进行了大量的实验研究,形成了一套对离心风机进行降噪改进的关键技术。
In recent years, a series of theoretical and experimental study on aerodynamic noise control of centrifugal fan was carried out, and a simple method of identifying main aerodynamic noise sources in internal of fan and reducing the noise by determining the changes of intensity of main noise sources was pointed out. It was clearly that the main aerodynamic noise sources of centrifugal fan was on the volute but the impeller. The study on the generation and propagation mechanism of aerodynamic noise of centrifugal fan had advanced the proper control and forecast for the aerodynamic noise of centrifugal fan in theory. Based on the theory, a large number of experiments were carried out and a set of key techniques of reducing noise of centrifugal fan was formed.
