经济全球化和信息技术的发展推动了跨境电子商务的蓬勃发展,也带来了跨境第三方支付业务的快速发展。本文从跨境电子商务出发,深入分析了跨境第三方支付业务的特征,探讨其对外汇管理带来的挑战,并提出建立跨境第三方支付业务管理体系的相关建议。
Economic globalization and the development of information technology promotes booming development of the cross-border e-commerce, also has brought the rapid development of the cross-border third party payment business. Based on cross-border e-commerce perspective, this paper deeply analyzes the features of cross-border third-party payment servic, es, discusses the challenges brought about by the foreign exchange management, and proposes the establishment of cross-border third-party payment business management system related suggestions.
