急性脑梗死患者外周血GDF-15、CRP水平及相关性研究 被引量:7

GDF-15 and CRP levels and correlation in peripheral blood with acute cerebral infarction patients

摘要 目的探讨生长分化因子15(GDF-15)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在急性脑梗死患者外周血的水平及其与急性脑梗死临床分型指标的相关性。方法选择79例急性脑梗死患者,其中男性43例,女性36例;年龄39~72岁,中位年龄51岁。30例健康体检者.其中男性17例,女性13例:年龄40~65岁,中位年龄50岁。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)测定急性脑梗死患者、健康体检者GDF-15,用光散射比浊法测定CRP,进行临床指标的相关性分析。结果急性脑梗死患者血浆GDF-15水平为(1118.0±326.3)pg/mL,健康体检者为(698.3-4-129.1)pg/mL,急性脑梗死患者明显高于健康体检者(P〈0.01)。其中重型、中型和轻型急性脑梗死患者GDF-15水平分别为(1311.0±332.5)pg/mL、(1130.0±272.6)pg/mL、(859.4±210.5)pg/mL。重型和中型急性脑梗死患者GDF-15的水平均明显高于健康体检者和轻型急性脑梗死患者(P〈0.01)。轻型急性脑梗死患者GDF-15水平较健康体检者升高,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。CRP水平,急性脑梗死患者明显高于健康体检者.差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论急性脑梗死患者血浆GDF-15水平明显升高,GDF-15与CRP水平呈正相关.检测GDF-15与CRP对急性脑梗死疾病的分型与病情严重程度观察有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the level of growth-differentiation factor-15(GDF-15) and C- reactive protein(CRP) in the serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and its correlation with acute cerebral infarction clinical classification index. Methods Seventy-nine patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled, included 43 males and 36 females, who were aged 39 - 72 years old with a median age of 51. Thirty healthy subjects included 17 males and 13 females were set as control group, who were aged 40 - 65 years old with a median age of 50. The GDF-15 and CRP in patients and control group were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and resonance light scattering turbidimetry. Results The levels of GDF-15 were (1 118.0 _+ 326.3) pg/mL in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which were significantly higher than that of the control group [(698.3 ± 129.1) pg/mL, P 〈 0.01)]. The levels of GDF-15 were (1 311.0 ± 332.5) pg/mL (1 130.0 ± 272.6) pg/mL and (859A ±210.5) pg/mL in severe group, intermediate group and mild group, respectively. The levels of GDF-15 in severe group and intermediate group were significantly higher than that in control and mild group(P 〈 0.01). The levels of GDF-15 in mild group was higher than that of the healthy subjects, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). The levels of CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that of the healthy subjects, and difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion It is demonstrated that levels of GDF-15 in acute cerebral infarction patients arc significantly increased, the levels of GDF-15 are positively correlated with CRP. The GDF-15 and CRP testing have important clinical values in acute cerebral infarction disease classification and severity observation.
