摘要
目的探讨不同融合系数对胃癌双源CT(dual source computed tomography,DSCT)融合图像质量的影响。方法选择45例胃癌患者行DSCT腹部强化扫描,其中男25例,女20例。扫描完成后取得6组数据,分别为80kVp数据,sn 140kVp数据,融合图像数据(融合系数为0.3、0.4、0.6、0.8);6组数据的图像分别测量胃癌病变的平均CT值及噪声,并计算信噪比(SNR)。两名医师同时对各组图像进行质量评分。结果融合系数0.6组(动脉期和静脉期)的平均噪声显著低于其他组(P<0.05或<0.01);0.6组(动脉期和静脉期)的平均SNR显著高于其他组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论融合系数0.6组的图像中胃癌病变具有较高的SNR,有较好的图像质量。
Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the value of different weighting factors of dual source CT(DSCT) average weighting acquisitions on delineation of gastric cancer and image quality. Methods Forty five patients (25 men, 20 women) underwent contrast-enhanced abdominal DSCT. Images were reconstructed as pure 80 kVp,pure Snl40 kVp,and weighted-average (WA) image datasets using four different weighting factors (0.3,0.4,0. 6,0.8). The mean CT numbers, noise and SNR of lesions were compared between different groups. Two radiologists rated the overall image quality of each group. Results Mean noise of weighting factor 0.6 group was lower than other groups ( P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01). Mean SNR of weighting factor 0.6 group was higher than that of other groups ( P〈 0.05 or 〈0.01). Conclusion Mixing DE data using weighting factor 0.6 is feasible and the images are satisfactory for delineation of gastric cancer.
