摘要
利用车载设备采集大型车辆在实际运营道路上NO x排放数据和发动机信息等,采用基于发动机ETC循环功的数据分析方法,对测试数据进行分析。结果表明:循环片段内的NO x排放受发动机的运行工况影响较大,当片段内的发动机输出转矩较小、转速较低的工况较多时,片段内的NO x比排放升高,反之下降;说明该方法能有效分辨出车辆在实际道路行驶时的排放水平,为政府监管车辆实际道路上的NO x排放提供了技术支持。
The portable emission measurement system (PEMS) is used to collect the NOx emission data and engine information of large vehicles,and the collected data are analyzed by using a data processing scheme based on the ETC cycle work of engine.The results show that the NOx emissions within a cycle segment are greatly influenced by the working condition of engine.When the engine is running more frequently on lower speed with lower output torque,the specific NOx emission rises,and vice versa.This means that the scheme adopted can effectively identify the emission level of vehicle in real road driving,providing technical supports for the government in supervising real world NOx emission of vehicles.
