摘要
人事代理模式的档案管理是人事代理中最重要工作之一,当前地方高职院校人事代理的档案管理存在着材料不能及时补充更新,管理滞后,方法陈旧等问题,应改进和创新管理方法,打造管理特色。
Archives management personnel agency model is 6ne of the most important basic job of personnel agency system. Under the new situation of archives management, personnel agency exposed many problems thoughtprovoking.
