不同灸量艾灸对克罗恩病大鼠结肠组织损伤积分和血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平的影响 被引量:28

摘要 【目的】观察不同灸量艾灸对克罗恩病(cD)大鼠结肠组织损伤积分和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM水平的影响。【方法】将45只SD大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、艾灸A组、艾灸B组和艾灸c组共5组,每组9只。采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)液灌肠制备大鼠CD模型,造模后每组随机取1只进行模型判定。艾灸A组:艾条温和灸双侧“天枢”穴,用小艾条点燃后,在穴位上方1-2cm处温和灸5min,每日1次,共灸治lgd;艾灸B组:方法同艾灸A组,每次艾灸时间为15min,共治疗14d;艾灸c组:方法同艾灸A组,每次艾灸时间为25min,共治疗14d;模型组和正常组仅做相同固定,不做治疗。治疗结束后剖取结肠组织,苏木精一伊红染色(HE)法观察大鼠结肠组织病理学变化,计算结肠组织损伤积分;经腹主动脉取血检测大鼠血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平。【结果】每组取8只进入结果分析。模型组大鼠结肠组织损伤积分以及血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平明显上升(P〈0.01);艾灸均能降低CD大鼠结肠组织损伤积分以及血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平,但灸治5min效果不显,灸治15min和灸治25min作用相同,差异无统计学意义(P〉O.01)。【结论】合适的灸量能显著降低血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平,调节免疫水平,抑制cD过激的免疫反应,从而减轻CD肠道炎症。 [Objective] To explore the effects and mechanism in treating Crohn' s Disease (CD) with different quantity of moxibustion (moxi). [Methods] Forty-five rats with CD were divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, moxi A group, moxi B group and moxi C group. At the fourteenth days after disposing, their integral score of the colon damage and the serum IgG, IgA, IgM level were observed. [Results] The integral score of the intestinal injury and the serum IgG, IgA and IgM level in model group was higher than that in the rest of group (P〈0.01), moxi can lower the integral score of colon damage, the serum IgG, IgA and IgM level and was benefited for the colon inflammatory response. But the effect of moxi for 5 min was not significant, the effect of moxi for 15 min was as significant as the effect of moxi for 25 min (P〉0.01). [Conclusion] Proper moxibustion quantity can significantly lower the integral score of colon damage and the serum IgG, IgA and IgM level, improve the immune system, alleviate the colon inflammatory changes in rats with CD.
