摘要
本文分析和总结了高龄疗养员入院早期潜在的医疗风险因素,提出"建立和实施入院早期医疗风险监控机制"的理念,以及"前延风险告知"和"早期医学评估"对策,以有效减少高龄疗养员不安全事件的发生。
The paper analyzes and summarizes the potential medical risk factors for the senior convalescents on early admission , and puts forward the idea of“The establishment and implementation of potential medical risk monitoring mechanism for senior convalescents on early admission”, and the countermeasures of“Early risk disclosure”and“Early medical assessment”, so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of insecurity incidents among senior convalescents .
