摘要
溃坝时下游社区人员应急撤离路径优化问题包含两方面含义,一方面是对撤离路径的优化选择问题,另一方面是各条撤离路径上待撤离人数的优化配置问题,两者是水库溃坝应急撤离计算机仿真关键技术。本文重点研究溃坝条件下社区应急撤离路径上风险人口分配优化机制问题,以最优化理论和运筹学为基础,提出三类优化机制及其计算公式,并模拟举例说明研究成果的适用性。
An optimization problem of emergency evacuation route for downstream community after dambreak has two aspects. One is optimization of evacuation route, and the other is optimal distribution of risk population over the route. Both are key technologies in computer simulation of such emergency evacuation. This paper uses optimization theory and operations research to analyze this problem, and presents three kinds of optimization mechanism and the corresponding calculation formula. Applicability of the results is demonstrated in simulation examples.
