摘要
阐述了医学工程科技术人员不足的现状,从工作任务、工作环境、待遇地位、发展方向等几个方面深入分析了导致军队医院医学工程检测人员流失的原因,并针对各环节存在的问题提出了相应的改善对策,以达到留住人才、发展科室、发展医院的目的。
The status quo of insufficiency in medical engineering technician is described. The causes for the testing personnel loss in the medical engineering department of the military hospital are discussed from the aspects of mission, environment, income, prospective and etc. Some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem.
