摘要
提出一种新型的交错并联二次型Buck变换器,对其工作原理和特性进行了详细分析。新型变换器在原二次型Buck变换器的基础上增加一组由开关管、二极管、电感和电容组成的开关网络。通过对新型变换器进行理论分析可知,与原二次型Buck变换器相比,新型变换器不仅输出电流纹波减小,且在相同占空比下实现了更高的电压增益。同时原开关管和新增支路开关管的电压应力减小,其电流应力均为输出电流的一半,有利于器件的选择和散热。因此,新型变换器非常适合于输出为低电压、大电流的场合及输入、输出电压相差悬殊的系统。同时还对变换器的深化研究做了进一步阐述,得出了多相交错并联变换器的参数计算公式。最后通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
A new interleaved quadratic Buck converter is proposed.Operation principle and property of this converter are analyzed.Based on the original quadratic Buck converter, a set of switch network included by switches, diodes, in- duetors and capacitors is added into new converter.Through theoretical analysis of the new converter,and compared with the original quadratic converter, the ripple of the output current is reduced, and the voltage gain is higher in the same duty.At the same time ,the voltage stress of both switches VI and V2 are reduced, which current stress is half of the output current, it is conducive to the selection of devices and heat sinks.Consequently,the new converter is very suitable for the low voltage and high current conditions and the system which has a large input and output gap.Con- verter is made further elaborated research and parameter calculation formulae of multi-phase interleaved converters are concluded.Finally, the experiment is built to verify the theoretical analysis.
