摘要
对混合动力车(HEV)用电机控制器中功率器件的驱动信号开路故障进行故障分析,在定义的4种故障状态下进行实验,进而找出故障电流特征,通过分析实验故障特征电流,提出驱动系统脉宽调制(PWM)驱动信号故障特征提取方法。实验结果可为HEV电机驱动系统发生此类故障提供有效的判别和诊断依据。
The power switch drive signal open circuit faults of a motor controller system for hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) are analyzed.A bench test is experimented under four defined fault modes.Moreover the fault characteristics are extracted from current failure signals and a fault feature extracting method is proposed.The test and analysis results can provide references for the same faults judging and diagnosis of electric motor drive system in HEV.
