摘要
江汉采油厂近年来应用的主要水质处理工艺即传统的三段式混凝沉降工艺和预氧化混凝沉降工艺,以及配套的调储沉降、混凝沉降、双滤料过滤、纤维束过滤、负压排泥、旋转排泥、污泥回灌处理等技术,水质状况有了较大的提高,同时针对水质处理存在的主要指标的达标率低、水质状况不稳定及沿程水质恶化现象严重等问题进行了分析,提出了下步措施建议。
In recent years, Jianghan Oil Production Plant has adopted traditional three--phase water treat- ment processes--coagulating sedimentation and preoxidation coagulation sedimentation --and matching tech- nologies consisting of scheduling reserved sedimentation, coagulating sedimentation, dual filtering material filtration, fasciculus filtration, negative--pressure mud disposal, spinning mud disposal and sewage reinjec- tion. They have improved water quality. This paper has analyzed what cause low rate of key indicators, un- steady water quality and water degradation along the route in water treatment and accordingly put forward measures and suggestions in respond to the problems.
