摘要
用杂多酸与季铵盐反应制备了杂多酸季铵盐型催化剂(HQWP和Q3PW4O16),并对其进行了红外FT IR及元素分析。分别以磷钼酸,HQWP,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性硅胶负载磷钨酸,Q3PW4O16,磷钨酸,磷钨酸钠为催化剂,H2O2为氧化剂,对1-辛烯进行环氧化反应,产率分别为3.31%、31.20%、81.42%、80.02%、94.80%、84.61%。还做了催化剂重复使用实验,其结果表明:Q3PW4O16和HQWP两种催化剂可以重复使用3次,平均产率分别为76.63%和24.54%,其他的反应产率下降明显。另外对用Q3PW4O16和HQWP为催化剂的1-辛烯环氧化反应进行了条件优化。
The heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salts of HQWP (Peroxo complexes of ([C16H33N+ (CH3)3]3[PW12O40]3-) and Q3PW4O16 ([C16 H33 N+ (CH3)3]3 [PW4O16]3-) were synthesized by using the reaction of heteropoly acid and quaternary ammonium salts. The structure and composition of the catalysts were identified by means of IR and elemental analysis. The phosphomolybdic acid, HQWP, 3 - aminoprop- yl trimethoxysilane modified silica supported phosphotungstic acid, Q3PW4 O16, phosphotungstic acid and sodium phosphotungstate were used as catalysts and H2O2 was used as oxidant for the oxidation of 1-oc- tene. The yield for the six catalysts were 3.31%.31.20%,81.42%.80.02%.94.80%.and 84.61%,re- spectively. Meanwhile,the re-utilization of the six catalysts was also studied. The results showed that the average yield for HQWP and Q3PW4O16 were 24. 54G and 76. 63%, respectively, and the yield for the first three times showed little change. However, the reaction yields for the other catalysts were all de- clined sharply, suggesting the good re-utilization of Q3PW4O16 and HQWP. Moreover, the effects of reac- tion conditions were also investigated by three-factor orthogonal experiments.
