摘要
农村和农业现代化建设问题始终是当代中国的一个重要问题,培养更多的与我国农村、农业紧密结合的工程技术人才是解决这一问题的根本。本文立足农业院校的现状,详细阐述当前农业院校工科教育的现状,提出了适合社会发展需要的农业工科创新人才培养要求,分析了提高农业院校工科创新人才培养质量的具体措施,为高校教学改革和服务农村、农业发展提供了有价值的建议。
Rural and agricultural modernization is a important issue in contemporary China, and culture more engineering talents closely contacted with rural and agriculture is the root to solve this problem. The author based on the current situation of agricultural colleges, elab- orates the engineering education status of current agricuhural colleges, and proposes the training requirements of agricultural engineering in- novation talents for social development needs, and analysis＇ s several specific measures to improve the training quality of innovation engineers. This paper provides valuable advices for the agricultural colleges to reform education model and service the rural and agricultural development.
