摘要
本研究针对医师多点执业这一问题,选取了南京地区16家医院的100名在职医师进行调研,利用描述性统计、独立性检验和线性回归模型等方法对调研信息进行分析。医院级别、类型和性质是影响医师多点执业的主要客观因素,同时医师个人主观看法也影响着多点执业的实施效果。最后根据分析的结论对多点执业政策实施提出相关建议。
The question about multi-sited practice was investigated to 100 doctors selected in 16 hospitals in Nanjing. Descriptive statistics, independence test and linear regression model were used to analyze the information collected. The main subjective factors inlfuencing doctor multi-sited practice depend on the level, type and nature of the hospital. Meanwhile, the effect of the implementation of doctor multi-sited practice is also inlfuenced by the subjective opinions of physician. The relative suggestions to the policy of multi-sited practice are proposed based on the results of analysis.
