摘要
以陕西省渭南市为研究区,基于渭南市1960~2011年的气象数据,分析了渭南市气候暖干化特征和暖干化背景下渭南市农业水资源利用现状,探索了渭南市农业节水途径及节水模式。研究表明,渭南市应主要通过工程节水、技术节水和管理节水等途径,采用因“地”制宜模式、因“时”利导模式、量“水”而行模式和得“补”偿失模式,来实现渭南市农业水资源可持续利用。
According to the meteorological data of Weinan city , Shaanxi province during 19602011, the paper analyzed the characteristics of climate warming and drying , and the current situation of agricultural water resources utilization under the back -ground of climate change in Weinan city , and explored the pathways and modes of saving water for agriculture in this city .The re-search results showed that Weinan city should save water for agriculture from the pathways of project , technology and management , and save water to realize the sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources by adopting some modes based on the local land -form, the temporal and spatial distribution of precipitation , the gross water resources , and the peasants ’ economic loss due to the implementation of water -saving policy.
