“远距离照护”模式对门诊糖尿病患者疾病控制的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨"远距离照护"模式对门诊糖尿病患者疾病控制的影响。方法选择符合纳入标准的门诊糖尿病患者174例,随机分为对照组和观察组各87例。对照组给予糖尿病常规门诊护理,观察组在常规门诊护理的基础上实施"远距离照护"。分别于干预6个月、1年后对两组患者进行疾病控制指标监测。结果干预后两组患者体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)各项疾病指标比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 "远距离照护"能够明显改善门诊糖尿病患者疾病控制指标。 Objective To Study the effect of remote care model on disease control of outpatient with diabetes . Method According with the research standard ,total of 174 cases was selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group 87 cases in each group .Patients in control group was given routine clinical care for di-abetes .Patients in experimental group was given routine clinical care for diabetes and remote care model care .The disease control indicators was monitored after 6 months and 1 year of intervention .Result The disease control indica-tor ,such as body mass index (BMI) ,fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG) ,glyco-sylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) for patients in experimental group after intervention was better than that of control group .There was significant difference between the two group (P〈0 .05) .Conclusion There was obvious advanta-ges on improving disease control index for outpatient with diabetes intervened by “remote care model” .
