摘要 目的观察分析轮状病毒感染对婴幼儿心肌功能影响。方法选取我院2011年5月~2012年5月收治的轮状病毒感染患者129例。选择同期130例轮状病毒检测结果为阴性的腹泻患儿作为对照组。结果观察组患儿的心肌酶谱测定结果包括AST、LDH、CTn—I、CK、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK—MBl以及CK—MB/CK等均明显比对照组患儿高,其中观察组患儿出现心肌损伤56.6%,对照组为9.23%。观察组患儿中治疗有效病例102例,治疗有效率为79.1%。观察组患儿经过治疗后心肌酶谱的各项指标均得到明显的改善。结论每天腹泻次数超过10次.出现酸中毒以及脱水程度较严重的轮状病毒感染的婴幼儿应该注意观察患儿的心肌功能,若发现患儿的心肌酶谱指标出现异常,则需要采取积极有效的治疗方案,避免患儿病情进一步恶化。 Objective To observe the analysis of rotavirus infection in infants affect myocardial function. Methods Our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 patients were treated 129 cases of rotavirus infection. Treatment was effective in the treatment group patients had 102 cases, , the treatment effective rate of 79.1%. According to the results of the above table shows, the treatment group after treatment of myocardial enzymes and the indexes had been significantly improved. Conclusion Diarrhea more than 10 times a day, as well as the degree of dehydration acidosis occurs more severe rotavirus infection in infants should observe children myocardial function, if found in children with abnormal myocardial enzymes indicators, you will need to take active effective treatment programs to avoid further deterioration in children.
