摘要
目的调查分析2型糖尿病合并高血压患者健康教育现状及需求情况。方法采用随机抽样调查的方法对我院收治的250例糖尿病合并高血压患者进行疾病认知情况、对健康态度、健康教育方法和时机调查,并分析疾病认知的相关因素。结果糖尿病和高血压对靶器官的损害认知偏低,49.6%的患者对糖尿病合并高血压对预后的影响的认知不足。年龄、教育程度、病程、住院次数与糖尿病和高血压认知程度密切相关(P<0.05)。患者对坚持血糖/血压监测、生活方式改变态度较积极,但病情平稳时愿意坚持用药的态度较不积极(P<0.05)。不同年龄段患者对教育方式的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年龄算患者均以住院期间和出院后教育两者皆有的需求最多(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并高血压患者对单一疾病认知较好,但对糖尿病合并高血压的危害及病情平稳时应坚持用药认知不足,不同年龄段患者对健康教育的方式需求不同。
Objective To investigate the demand status of health education on type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 250 cases of the disease in patients with diabetes and hypertension cognition, attitude to health, health education methods and timing of the investigation and analysis of factors related to cognitive disorders by random sample survey methods. Results Diabetes and hypertension on target organ damage cognitive lower, 49.6% of patients with diabetes and hypertension on the prognosis of cognitive deficiencies. Age, educational level, duration, number of hospitalizations associated with diabetes and hypertension were closely related to the degree of cognitive (P 〈 0.05). Patients adhere to glucose/blood pressure monitoring, lifestyle changes more positive attitude, but stable condition when the willing attitude of adherence with less aggressive(P 〈0.05). The demand for education difference in patients of different ages were statistically significant(P〈0.05), different ages patients were counted during hospitalization and after discharge from both education some demand up (P〈0.05). Conclusion Type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension on a single disease awareness is better, but the dangers of diabetes and hypertension should adhere to medication and cognitive condition stable enough patients of different ages have different needs health education approach.
