摘要
目的探讨眼外伤房角后退继发性青光眼患者联合应用毛果芸香碱滴眼液的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析浙江省新昌县中医院2011年1月～2012年12月问22例眼外伤房角后退继发性青光眼患者临床资料。结果治疗后研究组和对照组眼压、瞳孔直径均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗过程中均无一例发生不良反应，治疗耐受力较好。结论 眼伤房角后退继发性青光眼患者在常规治疗基础上联合应用毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗效果显著，能降低其眼压，缩小瞳孔，不良反应少，治疗安全性高，值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ocular trauma secondary angle recession glaucoma combined pilocarpine eye drops treatment. Methods The clinical data of the secondary glaucoma patients of Inching Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhejiang province from January 2011 to 2012 December 22 cases of ocular trauma were analyzed retrospectively angle recession. Results After treatment, the study group and the control group intraocular pressure, pupil diameter than before treatment improved significantly （P〈O.05）, there were statistically significant differences. Two groups of patients during the treatment had no adverse reactions occurred in 1 case,treatment tolerance was good. Conclusion Ocular trauma secondary angle recession glaucoma patients in the conventional treatment based on the combined application of pilocarpine eye drops significant treatment effect,reducing its intraocular pressure, narrow pupil ,fewer adverse reactions, treatment safe ,worthy of clinical application .
