摘要
目的了解新疆医用放射工作人员个人剂量水平,为放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法对2012年新疆179家医院的2 045名放射工作人员进行个人剂量监测。结果 2012年新疆医用放射工作人员人均年有效剂量为0.96mSv。不同工种医用放射工作人员人均年有效剂量从大到小排列依次为核医学(1.85mSv)>介入放射(1.21mSv)>牙科放射(1.01mSv)>放射治疗(0.92mSv)>诊断放射(0.85mSv)>其他放射学(0.78mSv)。结论 2012年新疆医用放射工作人员劳动强度适宜,工作环境安全。
Objective To provide the scientific evidence for radiation protection by knowing the individual level of clinical radiation workers in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region.Methods Individual dose was monitored for 2045 radiation workers from 179 hospitals in The Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region dur-ing 2012.Results The average annual individual effective dose was 0.96 mSv for each clinical radiation worker in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region during 2012.The level from high to low in the order of the average annual individual effective dose for each clinical radiation worker from different types of work is nuclear medicine(1.85 mSv)>,intervention(1.21 mSv)>,dentistry (1.01mSv)>,radiotherapy (0.92 mSv)>,radiodiagnosis (0.85mSv)>.Other radiology(0.78 mSv).Conclusion Work place and work in-tensity for clinical radiation Workers in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous region were suitable and safe.
