摘要
为制备稳定的液体石蜡乳剂,选用多元醇作为辅助乳化剂,采用单因素试验法筛选了乳剂油相、乳化剂种类及油水比例,初步确定了乳剂配方;采用正交试验设计对初定配方和生产工艺进行优化,最终筛选出乳剂的理想配方和生产工艺。乳剂的配方为油相60 mL,乳化剂吐温-80 1.5 mL,辅助乳化剂丙二醇1.5 mL,水38.5 mL,生产工艺为室温条件下以800 r/min搅拌速度乳化7 min。稳定性试验表明,研制的液体石蜡乳剂稳定性良好。
In order to prepare a kind of stable liquid paraffin-emulsion, polyalcohol was selected as co-emulsifier, at the same time, the oil phase, the emulsifie species and the oil-water ratio was screened by the univariate analysis. By doing that, the basic formula of liquid paraffin-emulsion was determined. The optimum formulation and preparation technology of liquid paraffin-emulsion were determined by means of orthogonal test, finally. The formulation of liquid paraffin-emulsion was composed of 60 mL of oil phase, 1.5 mL of span 80, 1.5 mL of propanediol and 38.5 mL of water. The optimum preparation technology was determined that emulsifying time of 5 min, stirring at 800 r/min at room temperature. The experimental result indicated that the liquid paraffin-emulsion had a good stability.
