摘要 某脆硫锑铅锌矿含铅0.54%、锑0.52%、锌3.06%,含碳10%左右,含泥15%左右,生产上脱碳后用丁铵黑药和丁基黄药捕收铅锑矿物,由于细泥和碳的影响,铅锑精矿含(Pb+Sb)仅33%左右,铅锑综合回收率仅62%左右。为了提高选别指标,在实验室进行了小型流程试验,确定最佳浮选条件为:磨矿细度-200目占70%,脱碳后优先浮选铅锑;脱碳浮选采用一粗二精一扫工艺流程,脱碳尾矿经过两精两扫获得最终铅锑精矿,铅锑精矿含(Pb+Sb)为36.01%,铅锑综合回收率69.33%。 A jamesonite ore from Guangxi province contains 0.54% lead, 0.52% antimony, 3.06% zinc and about 10% carbon. In production, after removal of carbon, lead and antimony minerals were floated by ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate. The (Pb + Sb) grade of the concentrate was 33% , with a combined recovery of 62%. In order to improve the pro- duction index, laboratory tests have been conducted. The proper grinding fineness was - 0. 074ram 70%. After removal of carbon by flotation, lead and antimony minerals were floated by the com- bined reagents of ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and butyl xanthate. Finally a cOmbined con- centrate containing 36.01% (Pb + Sb) was obtained, with a combined recovery of 69.33%. In the carbon flotation, the process was one rougher flotation with two cieanings and one scavenging, while in the ( Pb + Sb) flotation, the process was two cleanings and two scavengings.
