摘要
通过分析比较膜极距电解槽和高电流密度电解槽在结构上的差异,提出了相应的工艺改进措施,从而获得较低的槽电压以降低电耗。分别对电解槽离子膜和电极材料的组成、结构等性能因素进行了分析,研发新工艺,以寻找出新型电极材料。
To lower the electrolyzer voltage and power consumption, the improvements were proposed in this paper, by analysising and comparing the differences in structures of the membrane polar distance electrolyzer and the high current density electrolyzer. Besides, the ion-exchange membrane, the material composition, material structure and other performance factors were also analysized in this paper to research new material and new technology, for energy-saving.
