摘要 结合当前工业机器人在生产中的应用,针对全国职业院校技能大赛新赛项——工业机械手与智能视觉系统应用,对大赛设备软硬件系统及调试步骤作了详细的介绍和分析,着重阐述了三菱工业机械手、FX3UPLC和欧姆龙视觉系统之间的通信、RFID电子标签的读取、视觉检测的流程编辑等关键技术,有助于提高工业机器人系统的应用能力,并为较顺利地参加技能大赛和开拓学习思路提供帮助。 Combined with the current industrial robot applications in production, according to the national occupation college skills competition of new disciplines-industrial robot and intelligent vision system application, the software and hardware system of competition equipment and system debugging steps are introduced and analyzed in detail. It focuses on the key technology including communications among Mitsubishi industrial machinery hand, FX3UPLC and OMRON visual system, access to RFID electronic tag, process editor of visual inspection, etc. It is conducive to improve the application ability of industrial robot system, open learning ideas and more successfully to participate in skills competition.
