Evaluation of Durability of Asphalt Concrete Texture Depth

摘要 针对超薄罩面层常用的公称最大粒径为9.5 mm的沥青混合料,分别探讨了混合料级配、油石比、试验测试温度对构造深度的影响,并采用耐久性测试方法,获得了经不同轮载作用次数、不同光、水老化条件的构造深度衰减情况。试验结果表明:按照本试验方法可以有效的评价不同级配之间构造深度的差异,对于同为公称最大粒径9.5 mm的沥青混合料,构造深度随粗集料含量增加而增加,随油石比增加而减小,随测试温度提高而减小;同时,在经过不同条件和轮载作用次数后,构造深度的残留率将随老化条件的变化而产生不同的变化规律。 We respectively discussed the influence of mixture gradation, asphalt-aggregate ratio, test temperature on the texture depth of the asphalt mixture whose nominal maximum particle size is 9.5 mm which is commonly used for thin overlay. By adopting the durability test method, we achieved the deterioration of the texture depth after conducting different wheel load times, light aging and water damage. The experimental results show that (1) The presented test method can effectively evaluate the difference of texture depth between different gradations. For the mixture which has the same nominal maximum particle size of 9.5 mm, the texture depth increases with the increment of coarse aggregate content, while it decreases with the increment of asphalt-aggregate ratio and test temperature. (2) After experienced different action conditions and different wheel load times, the residual ratio of texture depth appears different changing regularities with the change of different aging conditions.
