摘要
"大数据"是一个全新的概念,这一概念理论应用于人力资源管理领域,是对人力资源管理工作的一次革新。本研究从概括性地分析"大数据"的价值出发,站在利用"大数据"价值提升人力资源管理工作效率的角度,对人力资源管理领域的"大数据"内容以及更好地发挥"大数据"价值对人力资源管理促进作用的方法进行了有益思考。
The big data is a completely new concept, and the application of its theories in human resources management is actually an innovation to this area. To improve the efficiency of human resources management based on the value of big data, this paper proceeds from general analysis over the value of big data, and has made some beneficial thinking on its contents as applied in this area, and also on way of giving a better play to its value whilst in the promotion of human resources management.
