摘要 提出了基于电流模施密特触发器的 OTA—C张弛振荡器。该电路的振荡信号周期可由接地电容线性改变 ,而频率则与 OTA的跨导成正比。经 PSPICE仿真模拟 。 An OTA —C relaxation oscillator based on the current-mode Schmitt trigger is presented The period of the oscillations produced by the proposed circuit can be changed linearly by a grounded capacitor, and the frequency of the oscillations is directly proportional to the OTA's transconductance Pspice simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical computation values
