摘要
试验研究了新混凝土与碳化混凝土黏结的抗冻性能,分析了水泥净浆界面剂、硅灰界面剂和膨胀界面剂对新老混凝土黏结抗冻性能的影响。结果表明:新老混凝土黏结面是一个抗冻薄弱面;使用水泥净浆界面剂和膨胀界面剂时,老混凝土的碳化可以提高新老混凝土黏结的抗冻性能;使用膨胀界面剂时,新老混凝土黏结试件的抗冻性能最优,使用水泥净浆界面剂的次之,使用硅灰界面剂的最差。
The experiment studies the antifreeze property of agglutinating new concrete and carbonized concrete and analyzes the influence on such property of old-new concrete brought by cement paste adhesion agents, silica fume agents, expansion agents. The results manifests that the bonding surface of old-new concrete is fragile to freeze, therefore when it applies with the cement paste adhesion agents and expansion agents, it will be carbonized and hence its antifreeze property can be enhanced. When it is used with expansion agents, its antifreeze property will achieve best, the cement paste adhesion agents come after, while the silica fume agent is the last.
