固相反应提高红外检测石英砂巾硅含量的准确度 被引量:2

The Optimization of IR-Detection Silicon Content by Solid-Phase Reaction of Quartz Sand

摘要 介绍了利用固相反应减小红外检测石英砂中硅含量的实验误差。试验采用石英砂先与氢氧化钾固相反应再与溴化钾(或硫氰酸钾)压片,并采用对比法和内标法以及求红外特征峰峰面积积分比较经固相反应前后石英砂中的硅含量变化值;此固相反应克服了石英砂硬度大、难研匀和压片厚薄难控制等难题,此法检测相对误差相比减小0.1%—0.5%。
