摘要
以2080吨全自动液压压砖机为研究对象,对其机架的上横梁和下横梁(即底座)进行了有限元静力分析。用CAD软件Pro/ENGINEER分别建立了它们的三维模型,用CAE软件ANSYS对其进行应力、应变分析,得到了应力、应变的极值和分布图。得到的结果可以为同类压砖机的设计和优化提供参考。
This study took 2080-ton automatic hydraulic tile press as the research object,completed the finite element static analysis of its beam and base,established their three-dimensional models by CAD software Pro/ENGINEER,analyzed their stress and transfiguration with CAE software ANSYS,obtained the distribution of their stress and strain,and found their maximum values and locations.The result can provide reference forthe design and optimization of the same hydraulic press model.
