包装材料对刺梨品质及生理活性的影响 被引量:2

The effect of packaging materials on quality and physiology activity of Rosa roxburghii Tratt

摘要 在低温条件下,研究不同包装材料对刺梨贮藏品质、抗坏血酸氧化酶(AAO)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性影响及抗坏血酸等指标变化,探索适宜的贮藏包装材料。结果表明:贮藏过程中泡沫箱内的O2浓度总体呈下降趋势,CO2浓度逐渐波动上升;采用泡沫箱包装能有效抑制果实还原糖、抗坏血酸及可滴定酸的分解,仅在贮藏后期(28d后)对可溶性固形物和失重率降低有抑制(p<0.05);对腐烂率、丙二醛(MDA)、AAO及APX变化无显著影响。与聚乙烯膜包装相比,泡沫箱包装的刺梨果实品质明显要好。 This research was conducted to study the effect of different packaging on the postharvest quality, the ascorbic acid oxidase (AAO ) , ascorbate peroxidase (APX) activities and ascorbic acid contents of Rosa roxburghii Tratt,and to explore the optimal packaging material at low temperature, Results showed that CO2 and O2 concentration in foam boxes were respectively increased gradually and declined, As compared with PE film packaging, the polystyrene foam boxes packaging was significantly better in preventing the decreasing of reducing sugar ,ascorbic acid and titratable acid(TA), Only at the later stage of storage(after 28d) total soluble solids(TSS) and weight loss showed significant effect between two packaging materials (p〈0.05), However,the polystyrene foam boxes packaging showed no significant effect on the rotting rate, Malondialdehyde (MDA), AAO and APX activities, Compared with PE film packaging, polystyrene foam boxes packaging exhibited a great effect on the storage quality of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
