基于主成分分析的不同固定效应对种猪血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Different Fixed Effects of Swine Blood Biochemical Indexes Based on Principal Component Analysis

摘要 实验测定100 kg左右的大白猪和长白猪各150头的体重并根据公式计算出100 kg体重校正日龄,对满足100 kg体重校正日龄<180 d和>190 d的大白、长白纯种猪各83头进行采血测定生化指标,分析种猪不同品种、性别和生长速度的血液生化指标的差异。原始数据采用主成分分析得到主成分值,用方差分析比较不同生长速度、品种和性别对单个指标及主成分值的影响。结果表明:生长快试验组显著下降的指标有Gran%、PLT、PCT、CD4+/CD3+,显著上升的指标有Lymph%、RBC、IgG;品种对生化指标Lymph#、Mid#、Gran#、Lymph%、Gran%、Mid%、MCV、RDW_CV、MPV、PDW、C3、IgG、IgM、CH50、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD3+、CD8+/CD3+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-12和IFN-γ影响均显著;性别对生化指标Gran#、Gran%、Mid%、CH50影响显著;主成分分析对血液生化指标表现出良好的降维和聚类的同质性,并且主成分新指标较单个指标提高了相应的检验效率。 Weigh and backfat of the 150 Yorkshire and the Landrace pigs were respectively measured to calculate the 100 kg correction weigh-day (C_day) according to the formula. And the blood of the 83 Yorkshire and the Landrace pigs of those Cday are 〈180 or 〉190 were respectively determined the indexes of the blood routine, the immunoglobulins, the complements, the T-lymphoid cell surface antigen and so on. The principal component analysis were used to test some principal components, the variance analysis were used to compare the effect of different growth rates, breeds and sexs on the blood biochemical indicators and the principal components, which was significantly different when P〈0.05. Results showed tha significantly were decreased in pigs with high growth rate the value of Gran%, PLT, PCT, CD4+/CD3+, CH50 and CD4+/CD8+, while the value of Lymph#, Lymph%, RBC, IgG and IgM were inceased. There was significantly different in the value of Lymph#, Mid#, Gran#, Lymph%, Gran%, Mid%, MCV, RDW_CV, MPV, PDW, C3, IgG, IgM, CH50, CD4+, CD8+, CD4VCD3+, CDS+/CD3+, CD4+/CD8+, IL-12 and IFN-"/between Yorkshire and the Landrace pigs. There was significantly different in the value of Gran#, Gran%, Mid%, CH50 between two genders. Principal component analysis showed good homogeneity of dimensionality and clustering on blood biochemical indexes. Compared to the individual indicators, the new principal components improved the corresponding test efficiency.
