摘要
目的了解常州市2008~2012年螺情变化情况,为控制钉螺提供科学依据。方法收集常州市2008~2012年的螺情监测资料并进行统计分析。结果常州市2008—2012年累计有螺面积43.99万m2,其中新发现有螺面积6.94万m2,占15.78%。全市共查到有螺环境58个,其中江滩、湖滩、内陆、山丘类型的有螺面积分别为13.60万m2,7.30万m2,2.70万m2,20.39万一,所占比例分别为30.92%,16.59%,6.14%,46.35%。复现有螺环境的原因主要是灭螺效果差和外来输人。5年累计药物灭螺面积155.09万m2,累计历史有螺环境改造面积87.40万m2。结论常州市近5年螺情有波动,血吸虫病传播阻断后仍需加强螺情监测。
Objective To understand the changes of snail situation in Changzhou City during 2008-2012 so as to provide scientific basis for snail control slxategy. Methods The snail monitoring data in Changzhou City from 2008 to 2012 was collected and analyzed. Results The total area with snails was 43.99 hm2 from 2008 to 2012 in Changzhou City,and the newly discovered area was 6.94 hm2,accouned for 15.78%. There were 58 spots with snails totally found,the area of different types of marshland,lake beach,inland and mountain were 13.60 hm",7.30 hm-',2.70 hm2,20.39 hm2,respectively, accounted for 30.92%,16.59%,6.14% and 46.35%. The main causes for reappearance of snail were due to poor molluscicidal effect and external input. In the past five years,the cumulative snail control area with molluscicides was 155.09 hm2,and the accumulated environmental modification area was 87.40 hm2. Conclusions In recent five years in Changzhou,the prevalence of snail was not stable and the monitoring of snail infection be strengthened after interruption of schistosomiasis transmission..
