摘要
介绍了电力市场条件下的电能量计量系统的地位、作用 ,结合中国当前电网商业化运营的特点 ,对电量计量系统的构成、功能及设备配置进行了详细论述。
In this paper, the position and application of energy metering system under electricity market is presented. Considering the situation of commercial operation of power system in China, the structure, function and equipment configuration for energy metering system is discussed.
