摘要
胜任力素质是一个组织区分在特定工作岗位和组织环境中的绩效水平的个人特征。不同职位序列的胜任力存在较大的差异,以岗位胜任力理论构建的中高职会计专业课程体系,对于培养学生具备财务工作岗位所需的职业能力与职业素养有着积极的引导作用。
The competence is personal characteristics, by which one organization can distinguish workers' performance on certain post and working environment. Generally, the competence varies along with the posts. The accounting specialty course system based on post competence plays the leading role in developing students' vocational abilities and qualities, which are necessary for the prospective financial posts.
