摘要
用重量法测定了 C2 H4和 CO2 在 Co-丝光沸石上的吸附等温线和吸附扩散动力学曲线 ,并对吸附平衡等温线和扩散曲线模拟计算 ,拟合很好 .研究表明 ,在 Co-丝光沸石上 ,C2 H4的平衡吸附量远大于 CO2 的 ;而 C2 H4的吸附扩散速率与 CO2 的接近 .因此利用平衡吸附原理 ,用 Co-丝光沸石可将 C2 H4-CO2 中的 CO2 吸附下来 ,得到 1 0 0 %的 C2 H4.采用动态吸附法考察了吸附温度、流速、浸渍量以及活化温度对 Co-丝光沸石吸附分离 C2 H4-CO2 的影响规律 ,分析得出吸附剂的最佳操作条件 .采用 Co-丝光沸石来分离 C2 H4-CO2 ,分离因数大 ,选择吸附的量也较大 ,床层利用率高 ,脱附较易 .
The adsorbents of Co M were used for removal of CO 2 from C 2H 4 CO 2 system. The effect of the adsorption temperature, influx velocity, impregnated amount and activated temperature on the separation of C 2H 4 CO 2 mixture were discussed through dynamic adsorption method. The throughbreak curves, selective adsorption amount of CO 2 and separation factor of C 2H 4 CO 2 mixture were measured. The optimum conditions of adsorption were obtained. The adsorption isotherms and diffusive dynamical curves of C 2H 4 and CO 2 on Co M were obtained by gravimetric method. The results show that the adsorption amount of CO 2 is much more than that of C 2H 4, while diffusive coefficients of C 2H 4 and CO 2 are approaching. The adsorption performance of CO 2 from C_2H_4-CO 2 mixture by Co M is also studied.
