摘要
目的探讨疾病谱及其费用构成,以全面了解医院收治患者的构成、病种分布、医疗费用,为医院学科建设提供科学依据。方法利用医院信息系统,对采用国际疾病分类标准第10版(ICD-10)编码的近5年来住院患者的疾病谱及其医疗费用进行回顾性调查分析,找出其变化规律。结果患者的疾病谱构成具有一定的规律性,可预测今后一定时期内的疾病谱和医疗费用构成比的发展变化,为医院制定和调整专科发展方向提供依据。结论该院还应进一步加强大外科系统的建设力度,引进设备和人才,扩大创伤收住规模,并加大市场营销。
Objective To explore the disease spectrum and medical expense constitution and fully understand the com- position,disease distribution,and medical expenses of patients treated in the hospital so as to provide a scientific basis for the hospital discipline construction. Methods Through the hospital information system （HIS） system, retrospective analysis was con- ducted on the disease spectrum and medical expense of the patient in the hospital in recent 5 years statistically by International Disease Classification Standard ICD-10 coding to find out its change law. Results The disease spectrum of patients had certain regularity,which could predict the development and changes of the proportion of disease spectrum and medical expenses in cer- tain future period and provide the basis for the formulation and adjustment of special development for hospitals. Conclusion The hospital should further strengthen the construction of large surgical department system, introduce equipment and talents, expand the scale of inpatients and increase marketing.
