摘要
目的探讨临床分离的泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(pandrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,PDR-ABA)的青霉素结合蛋白2(penicillin-binding protein 2,PBP2)编码基因的突变状况,为临床抗生素的使用提供指导。方法我们收集了PDR-ABA并对其中的3株PDR-ABA菌进行了PBP2编码基因的全长序列测定,使用工具软件对其进行读序并与GenBank已登录的其它鲍曼不动杆菌菌株PBP2编码基因序列进行对比。结果 3株PDR-ABA之PBP2编码基因序列与鲍曼不动杆菌抗生素敏感株(SDF株)序列不同,且与GenBank已登录的其它鲍曼不动杆菌菌株PBP2编码基因序列也均不相同。结论 3株PDR-ABA耐全部β-内酰胺类药物原因可能与其PBP2编码基因的突变亦相关。
Objective To evaluate penicillin-binding protein 2(PBP2) encoding gene mutation status of pandrug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (PDR-ABA) clinical isolates and provide guidance for the clinical use of antibiotics. Methods We collected PDR-ABA and determined full-length sequence of their PBP2 encoding gene, then we used software tools to read the sequence and compared with other Acinetobacter baumannii from GenBank. Results The sequence of PBP2 encoding gene of the 3 PDR-ABA strains is different from Acinetobacter baumannii antibiotic- sensitive strain (SDF strain), and is different from other PBP2 encoding gene ofAcinetobacter baumannii from GenBank. Conclusion The 3 PDR-ABA strains resistance to all β-1actams may be due to its PBP2 encoding gene mutations.
