摘要
采用力学性能和透射电镜组织观察等方法,研究了2124铝合金板材时效工艺对性能和组织的影响。结果表明,2124铝合金板材的适宜峰值时效制度为185℃12 h,在此条件下,合金的抗拉强度Rm、屈服强度Rp0.2和伸长率A分别为483 N/mm2、454 N/mm2和7.4%;随着时效温度的提高和时间的延长,2124铝合金板材的强度先升高后降低,时效温度越高,强度上升越快,达到强度最大值的时间越短,但所达到的最大强度值越低。
The microstructure and properties of 2124 aluminum alloy thick plates with dif- ferent ageing process were investigated by mechanical property method and transmission elec- tron microscopy. The results show that the peak ageing process of 2124 aluminum alloy plates is 185~C for 12 h. Tensile strength Rm, yielding strength Rp0.2 and elongation A is 483 N/ 2 mm ,454 N/ram2 ,and 7.4% ,respectively. The strength of 2124 plate is raised to the maxi- mum and reduced gradually with temperature increasing and time prolonging. The higher the ageing temperature grows, the faster the strength climbs, the shorter time it takes to reach the maximum strength, and the lower the maximum strength becomes
