降低造纸法烟草薄片有害成分的研究 被引量:6

Research on Reducing Hazardous Substances of Reconstituted Tobacco Sheet by Papermaking Method

摘要 研究不同木素含量的浆种、烟梗的制浆方式和添加造纸填料对造纸法烟草薄片物理性能和有害成分的影响。结果表明:当采用木素含量低的漂白硫酸盐浆作为外加植物纤维、烟梗采用低浓磨浆时,烟草薄片在获得较好物理性能的同时,降低了燃烧时有害成分的生成;添加PCC填料后,在改善烟草薄片物理性能的同时,也降低了烟草薄片燃烧时有害成分的释放量,其最佳添加量为13%~15%。 The effect of lignin content of additional wood fiber, different pulping processes of stem and the application of fillers on reconstituted tobacco sheet were investigated. The results showed that when bleached kraft pulp which had lower content of lignin was added and stem was refined at low concentration, the physical properties of reconstituted tobacco were improved and harmful compounds were reduced. Adding PCC could also get the same effect, the suitable adding dosage of PCC is 13%-15%.
