摘要
通过对典型雷击案例的分析,结合防雷装置设计审查和检测实践总结,指出了固定顶石油化工储罐发生雷击事故引发火灾爆炸的成因、在设计施工中存在的不足和应采取的细节措施,为有效减少和避免雷击事故的发生进行了初步的分析探讨,对今后固定顶储罐的设计施工以及对其防雷装置的设计审查和检测工作有一定的参考作用。
Based on the analysis of the typical lightning case, combined with the examination of lightning protection device design and testing practice, the reasons of lightning accident caused fire and explosion problems of the fixed roof oil tank were pointed out. And the problems and related solving measures were put forward. It could reduce the occurrence of lightning accidents, and it could be referred for the design and construction of fixed roof storage tank and also, it has certain reference function for lightning protection device and testing work.
